TicketTwig LTD ("TicketTwig", "we", "us", or "our") provides the TicketTwig website and ticketing service. This notice explains how information is used when you browse TicketTwig, enquire about the service, buy or reserve a ticket, or use an organisation account.
Who we are
The TicketTwig service is operated by TicketTwig LTD. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@tickettwig.com.
Information collected
Depending on how you use TicketTwig, information may include your name, email address, optional phone number, event and ticket details, organisation account details, messages submitted through forms, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How it is used
We use information to provide event discovery, reservations and ticket purchases, deliver tickets and service messages, support organisers and attendees, respond to enquiries, maintain account security, and improve the service. Where you opt in to receive marketing contact, you can change your mind by contacting us.
Why we use information
Depending on the activity, information is used to provide a ticket or account service you request, meet legal obligations, protect and maintain the platform where we have a legitimate interest, or for another purpose where we ask for your consent. Event organisers are responsible for deciding and explaining their lawful basis for using attendee information for their own event operations.
Event organisers and service providers
When you register for or buy an event ticket, the organiser receives the attendee and order information needed to manage that event. Paid checkout uses Stripe where it is enabled by the organiser; card details are entered with Stripe and are not needed by TicketTwig to issue a ticket. Email delivery, hosting, database, and security providers may process information to operate the service.
Storage, security, and retention
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, support event and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and preferences
TicketTwig uses essential browser storage and cookies for functions such as keeping organisation context and remembering your display preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
Your choices and contact
Depending on the privacy laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or receive a copy of information you provided. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact hello@tickettwig.com to make a request. For event attendee records, contact the organiser as well. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
